Estate Sales

An Estate Sale is a personal items sale that is done in the residence during a scheduled 1-3 days, that is ordinarily open for everyone to attend during specific hours. Items can include: clothing/accessories, garage items/tools, art, decor, collectables, costume jewelry, furnishings, kitchen items, patio seating, china/stemware, etc. Prices are either predetermined by the company or negotiated during the sale and local sales tax may or may not also be charged depending on the laws and company policy.
