Auctions

An Auction is a sale where all types of items can be purchased either in a live forum, online, or a combination of both. Items can include: Industrial and commercial equipment and machinery, warehouse inventory, restaurant equipment/supplies, residential goods, art, jewelry, antiques, collectables, liquor, guns, cars and boats, coins/stamps, sports memorabilia, furnishings etc. Auctions are by a bidding process where you compete against others to purchase. The pace is fast and competitive as you increase your bid increments set by the Auction house. Most Auctions are done through specific auction platforms that are geared to help both sides sell and buy. There is a buyer’s premium in addition to the hammer price(winners’ bid) that is charged by the auction company that ranges from 10%-40% depending on the sale and items sold. All sales are final and buyers are responsible for freight and handling charges unless a local pickup is possible.
